State-of-the-art facilities delivering premium beer across India
SBPL is a closely held private company incorporated in 2020. In partnership with Heineken, the brewery operates a state-of-the-art beer manufacturing facility with canning and bottling units with an annual installed capacity of 10 million units in the state of Assam.
The plant specializes in job work/production for major players in the beer industry, with an annual installed capacity of 10 million cases. It features advanced brewing and packaging infrastructure.
Heineken PartnershipThe company has offtake agreements with United Breweries Ltd (Kingfisher beer), Sona Beverages Pvt Ltd (Simba Beer) etc. which provide significant visibility of the capacity utilization. The same has resulted in fast ramp up of operations, with capacity utilisation of over 80% in fiscal 2024 and continued healthy utilisation in fiscal 2025.
The project represents an estimated investment of ₹180 crore and incorporates the latest technologies for efficient, high-quality production.

This state-of-the-art brewery is India's first facility dedicated to manufacturing Super Premium Beer, while also producing high-quality Non-Alcoholic Beer, setting new standards for premium and inclusive brewing in the country.
We are in advance stage of establishing a fully integrated brewery at Byrnihat, Meghalaya, with an initial investment of ₹300 Crores. The facility is being developed to meet the growing demand for beer in the northeastern region of India and is strategically located to ensure efficient distribution and supply-chain integration.
The brewery will be equipped with modern brewing, fermentation, and packaging technologies to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency. It is designed to produce a wide range of beers, including traditional and craft varieties, aligned with evolving consumer preferences. A key emphasis of the project is the use of locally sourced ingredients, supporting regional supply networks and enabling the creation of distinctive flavour profiles. Once commissioned, the brewery is expected to enhance regional manufacturing capacity and contribute to industrial development in Meghalaya.
