Nandlall & Sons Tea Industries Pvt. Ltd, Tinsukia (Assam)

Nandlall & Sons Tea Industries Pvt. Ltd. proudly owns and operates the historic Hukanpukhuri Tea Estate in Tinsukia district, Assam, a sprawling property covering approximately 7,000 bighas of prime tea-growing land.


Established in 1841 by the East India Company, Hukanpukhuri is one of the oldest surviving tea estates in India, carrying a distinguished legacy of over 180 years in the nation's tea industry. Nestled in the fertile upper Assam tea belt, the estate has produced some of the finest orthodox and CTC teas, contributing significantly to Assam's global reputation for premium black tea.


Throughout its storied history, Hukanpukhuri has welcomed eminent personalities, including Lord Louis Mountbatten (last Viceroy of India), Jawaharlal Nehru (India's first Prime Minister), the grandson of Dr. Zakir Hussain (former President of India). These visits underscore the estate's cultural and historical significance during India's independence era and beyond.


Under the umbrella of BRC Group, we are now embarking on an ambitious transformation: developing a luxury tea resort and wellness centre at Hukanpukhuri Tea Estate. This visionary project will seamlessly blend the estate's rich colonial-era heritage with modern luxury and contemporary wellness offerings.

Dilli tea estate company – “A Jewel of Namrup”, Upper Assam

Nestled amid the lush, misty greenery of Namrup in Upper Assam, Dilli Tea Estate Company proudly stands as a shining example of the Small Grower movement in India's tea industry. The estate embraces purely traditional and sustainable farming practices, cultivating tea without any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or synthetic inputs. Processing is kept minimal and gentle to preserve the natural integrity of the leaf, resulting in exquisite full-leaf orthodox teas that are widely renowned for their exceptional aroma, bright liquor, rich flavour, and smooth finish true connoisseur-grade teas that reflect the purity of Assam's terroir. In January 2025, BRC Group acquired this expansive 5,000 bigha estate, marking a significant addition to our premium tea portfolio.
